About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with sharp product thinking, strong design fundamentals, and an ability to own projects from concept to delivery.
What you’ll do
- Lead research and design projects end-to-end.
- Partner closely with engineering and product to complete projects on the roadmap.
- Create mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate your ideas and describe their intent and execution.
- Lead user research and report your findings to help us make better decisions.
- Mentor and collaborate with our associate researcher on research projects.
- Use and improve our design system.
- Review built features to ensure they match design intent and quality standards.
- Participate in our hiring process as we grow the team.
What we’re looking for
Required
- 5+ years experience designing software
- Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals
- Experience with prototyping (we’re currently using Figma, Claude Code, and ChatGPT, but we encourage you to explore new tooling and share your learnings with the team)
- Experience leading user research
